Booking Confirmation & Participant Numbers –For groups up to 15 people

Any arrangements you have made with us will be considered provisional until we have received payment in full.For groups of more than 15 people

Any arrangements you have made with us will be considered provisional until we have received a non-refundable 50% deposit. You will be asked to pay remaining balance due at latest 24 hours prior to your event date.If you are booking for a group try to be accurate as to participant numbers, as we are unable to refund or transfer any monies paid for absent participants. It may be possible for a few extra to pay in full on the day, but let us know well in advance as we cannot guarantee that we will have the extra staff or available equipment and resources to accommodate you.

Payments are accepted by Credit/Debit Card via telephone, cash or company cheque made payable to ‘Clearsky Adventure Centre’ (sorry personal cheques are not accepted). Receipts are issued upon request.

Cancellations must be in writing –

In the event of a withdrawal, the following cancellation charges will be incurred:

15 days or more before a course start date                             50%

Within 14 days of a course start date                                      100%
(Weekends are included in the above calculations)

Any individual/group that change their event date(s) or change their participant numbers, will be treated in the same way as the cancellations outlined above.

Activity changes due to unforeseen circumstances – We may on occasion, and without notice, have to change/amend the activities booked if we are faced with inclement weather conditions, equipment failure or other unforeseen difficulties that arise.  Where possible we shall endeavour to notify you in advance in order to reach a mutually acceptable alternative.

Late arrival for activity timeslot – Please arrive at least ten minutes before your start time. Start time is the time agreed at booking, not the time of arrival. The later your group, the shorter your pre-agreed time slot will be. For directions please click here NOTE: Sat Nav often leads you to wrong location once you get within couple of miles of Castle Ward so best to avoid. No refund of deposit or price reduction will be made for late arrival.

Dangerous Behaviour and/or Damage – We reserve the right to cancel your party’s activity without refund if inappropriate, dangerous, malicious, persistent or deliberate misbehaviour occurs within the group.  We also reserve the right to cancel your party’s activity without refund if any participants are under or suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The cost of repair for damage caused to property or equipment, either deliberately, or as a direct consequence of misbehaviour will be charged to the person who made the booking. Organisers should therefore make all members of their party aware of this clause before arrival.
